Rock Khanna is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Citadel. He leads strategic and transformational initiatives that accelerate the business forward.
Prior to joining Citadel, Rock was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he served on the North American Operating Committee. He co-led the global launch and scaling of the firm’s capabilities in data science and analytical services and helped build the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice.
Rock serves on the Board of Visitors of the Stanford Law School and the Board of Trustees for the Chicago Academy of Sciences and Nature Museum. As a committed civic leader, he is also actively involved in multiple other philanthropic efforts focused on providing students access to educational opportunities.
He received a bachelor’s degree in public policy with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University, an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a JD with distinction from Stanford Law School.
